Whats the point of a recast timer of 0,2-3 sec on a 3 sec stun?
And will this affect only focus dependent stuns or also disc stuns like the dark knight one?? From the point of view of my deflar im against a recast timer on that dark knight

ArgetsDexGod boss of FoT asked me to tell nation, that no pk action should take place in his city else he will bann us. He seems to be a decent person and they offer good stuff for reasonable price.
